2024 HIGHLIGHTS

Our responsibility efforts are guided by three interconnected pillars: people, product, and planet.
These pillars reflect our holistic approach to sustainability, ensuring that every aspect of our business contributes to a better future.
By aligning these with the three WJI2030 pillars; Fostering Inclusiveness, Preserving resources and Building Climate Resilience, we reinforce our shared commitment to building a more sustainable and inclusive jewellery industry.

Key highlights from 2024, explained
6% REDUCTION IN OVERALL EMISSIONS FROM 2023 TO 2024
Through focused efforts in production efficiency, logistics optimisation, and material sourcing, we’ve achieved a 6% reduction in total emissions in just one year. This milestone reflects our dedication to minimising our environmental footprint.
Looking ahead, we continue to refine our processes and explore new innovations to further cut emissions. Every step forward brings us closer to a more sustainable and responsible future for our industry.

ALL OUR PRECIOUS METALS ARE NOW 100% RECYCLED AND 100% TRACEABLE
We now exclusively source gold, silver, and platinum from verified recycled sources, ensuring full traceability and significantly reducing the need for newly mined metals. This shift helps lower emissions and environmental impact while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
By prioritising circularity, we contribute to a more responsible supply chain and set a new benchmark for transparency in the jewelry industry. Sustainable luxury means knowing exactly where our materials come from.

CONTINUED AS A MAISON MEMBER OF THE WATCH & JEWELLERY INITIATIVE 2030
As part of this industry-wide initiative, we collaborate with leading brands to promote ethical sourcing, climate action, and circularity. Our continued membership reinforces our commitment to creating lasting change in the jewelry and watch sectors.
This initiative aligns with our core values, pushing us to set higher standards for sustainability and accountability. By working together, we help shape a more responsible and transparent future for our industry.

SUSTAINABLE AVIATION FUEL NOW COVERS 30% OF EMISSIONS FROM DIRECT-TO-CONSUMER SHIPMENTS
Shipping is a vital part of our business, and we recognize its impact on the planet. By integrating Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) into our direct-to-consumer shipments, we’ve reduced related emissions by 30%, significantly cutting our environmental footprint.
This investment in cleaner logistics is part of our broader sustainability strategy. As technology evolves, we will continue to seek innovative solutions that lower our impact without compromising on efficiency.

ESTABLISHED OUR FIRST DIRECT MINE-TO-MARKET RELATIONSHIP
We are proud to work directly with Lundhs in Larvik, Norway, ensuring ethical sourcing, fair wages, and improved working conditions. This partnership marks an important step in our commitment to responsible mining and a more transparent supply chain.
By fostering direct relationships, we aim to create positive future change at the source, empowering the mining community while upholding the highest ethical standards.

INTRODUCED OUR FIRST PRODUCT USING SCS 007 CERTIFIED LAB-GROWN DIAMONDS
SCS 007 certification guarantees that our lab-grown diamonds meet the highest environmental, ethical, and traceability standards. This marks a major step forward in offering sustainable luxury without compromising on quality or craftsmanship.
