Shipping Information

Shipping 

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders, delivered by DHL Express carbon compensated shipping, which is automatically applied to your order during the checkout process.

DHL Worldwide Express Go Green

  • Norway: 1-3 business days

  • Europe: 1-4 business days

  • World: 3-5 business days

Delivery times are provided as guidelines only. Please note that delivery to rural areas may lead to longer delivery times.

Orders placed will be shipped within 48 hours during business days. Throughout periods of sale and public holidays, large quantities of orders may lead to extended delivery time. Orders containing both jewellery and apparel will be delivered in separate parcels from our warehouses in Scandinavia. 

All orders are shipped with DHL Express Worldwide Go Green, and will be delivered to your preferred delivery address or local delivery point. A new shipment can be arranged for non collected parcels for an additional fee.

If you reside in a different country to where you have your social security number registered, DHL may ask you to show you passport to prove your identity. We recommend always keeping your passport ready as proving ones identity generally is a necessity for receiving foreign goods.

Responsibility

We participate in DHLs Go Green Environmental Protection Program to reduce the logistics-related emissions. The goal is to reduce the CO2 emissions to zero by 2050. Read more about their initiatives here.

Taxes and Duties

All orders are shipped Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) whereby all applicable duties and costs are included in the price. Your order is not subject to any additional charges when receiving the parcel.

Exception of countries with special customs regulations

Portugal and France:

  • According to local customs requirements in Portugal and France the customer shall handle the extra duties and costs with a local customs agent.

China: 

  •  Orders to China are currently limited to one (1) item per order. 

  • All applicable duties and costs shall be borne by the customer to handle with a local customs agent. 

Germany:

  • We often receive messages from worried Germans asking if taxes and duties are being added to their order when reaching customs. We can confirm that DHL only requests additional information for custom purposes, and no taxes or duties are being added to your order. What you pay at checkout, is the final price.

Important Information

Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and are not subject to possible delays caused by payment authorisation, stock availability, customs delays and/or severe weather conditions. We do not deliver post office boxes.

Tom Wood insures each shipment during time in transit until upon delivery.
